Do I need to create an account?

What is the difference between preview and HD?
Preview is processed entirely in your browser using WebAssembly AI — fast, private, and always free. HD is full-resolution processed by our server — ideal for print, product listings, and professional use.
Are my images private?
Preview images are processed 100% in your browser and never leave your device. HD images are sent to our secure processor and permanently deleted immediately after delivery.
Do credits expire?
Never. Your purchased credits stay in your account indefinitely — no pressure, no rush.
What image formats are supported?
Input: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP up to 12MB. Output is always a transparent PNG.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@bgremover.com.
What counts as 1 credit?
One credit = one full HD background removal of one image.
How do I buy credits?
Go to the Pricing page, choose a package or use the custom credit calculator, and pay securely with any card via Stripe.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. You own 100% of every processed image and can use them for any personal or commercial purpose without restrictions.
